Summer Fun

I've posted this list already on Facebook, where it's gotten a good response. I'm posting it here now for reasons I don't really know. I'm sure no one's even read what I have up here yet, seeing as how no one knows I even HAVE this blog, and I myself rarely use it, but I figured I'd get a little something more up here anyway.

This is my list of fun things to do this summer. Why? Because it's warming up, finally, and summertime is upon us. In my time here in Rexburg, there is much I have yet to do that I really want to.

1. Go to Yellowstone.
2. Go to Jackson (and possibly star-watch. i hear famous people hang out there. lol)
3. Hike in Mesa Falls
4. Go caving (both civil defense and ice caves)
5. Go to the dunes (went once my freshman year. before the mish. that was forever ago
6. Go to Utah and visit. (of course i've done that before..i just want to again.)

The utah trip looks like it's happening this weekend. Exact times and places have yet to be determined, but it should be a fun trip if everything works out okay. :)

A Really Good Week

So. As the title suggests, this week has been a REALLY good one for me. Why? Well, a lot more has happened in my life in the last 8 days or so than in the entire semester.
I know that may seem like an exaggeration, but I really don't think it is.
In a nutshell, here's what went down:
A week home in Oregon.
The receiving of a car.
General Conference.
Several parties.
A 12 hour drive back to school.
Friends visiting from out of town.
The return of The Office and Scrubs
and that's just the short list.
Yup. It's been a good week. :D

The Beginning

So. After viewing the various blogs of friends and acquaintances, and with my intermittent successes at the life of a journal-keeper, I have decided to try and keep a blog as well. I'm not sure how this is gonna go, where it's gonna lead, or how things are gonna turn out, but you know what? this could be fun.
We'll see how it goes.
